  Ordered through the app. They called to verify I “only wanted a cheese pizza” but I missed it. Called back to let them know I had ordered pepperoni but it wasn’t a big deal. They apologized because it was already out the door. Got my pizza and breadsticks delivered in 25 minutes. And the driver offered a coupon because “their app had been having problems”. That’s an impressive way to be aware of an uncontrollable issue, attempt to prevent it and still offer compensation anyways. Guess I’m a Pizza Hut guy again. (These breadsticks always hit, too.)

  I always have a wonderful time here. You can tell management works to foster a wholesome atmosphere. Always great food!

  Weren’t many people there and the boneless wings were a bit soggy but overall good pizza.

  Ordered to be delivered Doordash sucks. The box was destroyed, pizza was a mess inside the box. This is the 1st time I've dealt with doordash n very upset with them

  I can't say enough good things about the staff and management at Pizza Hut Eastown in Grand Rapids. Moley, the general manager, and Jennie, the wonderful assistant, along with the entire team, exemplify what exceptional customer service and professionalism truly mean. Their dedication to creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere is evident the moment you walk through the door. The staff's attention to detail, genuine kindness, and efficiency make every visit a pleasure. Moley and Jennie go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and satisfied. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and in providing the best experience possible. People are really missing out by not coming in and experiencing this place firsthand. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the aroma of the pizza—fresh out of the oven—is absolutely irresistible. The pizza here is, without a doubt, the best around, and it’s worth sitting in the store just to enjoy it at its freshest. If you're looking for a place with top-notch service, a friendly environment, and some of the best pizza you'll ever taste, look no further than Pizza Hut Eastown.
