I never experienced this issue with the hall st location, however this was on 44th Street.

I only went here because my best friend ate at a New York Fried Chicken restaurant in NYC, and loved it... so she was excited and thought this food would be just as good, since it bears the same name... wrong and disappointed...this place is nothing like the one in New York... we ended up throwing it all in the trash...a complete waste of time and money
