  Drive thru order, once i got to the second window to pick up my food. Young lady proceeded to hand me the wrong meal after confirming it was not what I had ordered. Gave her the receipt handed me half of my meal. I had to ask 3 times to receive my missing items. Totally unacceptable!!!!

  This is the closest McDonald’s location to me since moving to this side of town 08/2025. I visit regularly enough (1-2x a week) and it’s now been a few months, I feel I can leave an overall review from 08/2025-01/2026. I have not dined-in, this review is solely for the drive thru. To start, it can take anywhere from 10-30 minutes to get your order - and that’s if it is correct the first time. This is consistent behavior between all hours and staff turnover that I have witnessed. I’d recommend against going to this location if you are getting a bite before work/errands. Many times, like tonight (01/02/2026 at 7:30pm EST) I received the incorrect order, when attempting to go inside to get it fixed vs waiting 15 minutes again in the drive thru, the lobby doors were locked. I try to give grace where it’s due, but there is 0 leadership and management at this location. Little effort for improvement

  Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. This was my second visit to this location, and unfortunately both visits were equally terrible. I placed a curbside pickup order through the app, which showed as completed, yet I waited over 20 minutes without receiving my food. During that time, I watched at least 12 cars move through the drive-thru while my order was completely ignored—making the convenience of curbside pickup feel pointless. After waiting long enough, I went inside and was not greeted at all. A FedEx driver was also there attempting to deliver a package that required a signature, and we both struggled to get anyone’s attention. Eventually, an employee came over while actively on her phone and eating fries at her workstation. She didn’t ask if either of us needed help and didn’t sign for the package. We stood there another 7–10 minutes before someone finally assisted us. When I was finally helped, I was told my food was waiting on “fresh fries,” which didn’t make sense considering the steady flow of cars through the drive-thru—and the fact that I saw multiple employees eating in the kitchen. Watching staff eat at their workstations was extremely unsanitary and made me uncomfortable. I ultimately didn’t even eat the food. If employees are eating while working, it raises serious concerns about what other food safety standards are being ignored. This was easily the worst customer service and most unsanitary McDonald’s I’ve been to. I considered asking for the food to be remade since it had been sitting so long, but I honestly didn’t feel confident it would be handled properly. Save yourself the time and frustration—go down the street to Wendy’s, where the food and customer service were noticeably better.

  The food is great, but it’s quite dirty and it takes FOREVER for your food to get served. Overall, the place isn’t bad, but other fast food places like chick-fil-a, and steak n’ shake serve their food much faster.

  Inconsistent, which is the one thing a McDonald's needs to not be. Never know how long I'm going to be waiting for food, even with a very basic order. A Big Mac meal shouldn't take 30 minutes! Service varies greatly, sometimes you are left at the drive through speaker while other people slip through the other lane. If you are told in the drive through to pull into a waiting spot, expect to be forgotten.
