Worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. Came at 8:30pm didn't leave the drive thru till 9:20.. food was horrible and the girl at the window has a bad attitude problem. She should be fired.

I was walking outside the building when I accidentally tripped. As I tried to catch myself, my hand touched the glass wall of the building. Even when I explained myself they wouldn’t listen It wasn’t on purpose or anything, but after that, they told me I had to leave.

Unfortunately, “not a participating restaurant for Veterans Day’’ which is not the worst part even after a large purchase of food, just the relaying of the message from manager to sales associate in a not-so-professional tone. Besides the frozen drinks my kids wanted and raved about (hence the 1 star, the food was below room temperature and put together sloppily. Will NOT be coming back to this location.

I usually order thru mobile app with drive thru pick up. The wait time in the drive thru is so hit or miss. This is right next to my work so I go for lunch, but I really don't want to anymore bc I'm usually left waiting an unreasonable amount of time at the speaker (as in, I am directly at the speaker and it is my turn). This recent visit got to me bc I was in the left lane waiting, I had responded to the auto greeting asking about using the mobile app, and I got silence. I was sitting there for about 15 minutes and I noticed the right lane was moving along smoothly, every car in that lane was helped immediately and going on through. I tried saying "excuse me" a couple times, and a gentleman in a car behind me even came up and asked me if my order was taken (i said no) and he spoke into the speaker as well trying to get someone's attention before going back to his car. When yet another car in the right lane was helped before me, I left drive thru and went inside and asked if my drive thru mobile order can be switched to a carry out bc I was already late getting back to work from break. They helped which is great! But this is a problem almost every time I go so I won't be going anymore. :/
