This location is a joke. Do not expect your order to be correct, a reasonable wait time or a friendly staff. The word Professionalism is lost on this staff.
They consist of high school teens that care more about their cell phones than your order and "managers" that cant manage their own emotions or an ounce of professionalism.

Does this location ever change the grease. Every time I get anything from the fryer it just stinks of old nasty dirty grease. This can make people sick folks. My hashbrowns should be golden brown not dark, the color of dark brown and stink. Nuggets at this location same way, they just stink of over used unchanged grease. Why does this location not have to keep same McDonalds standards?

on 2/14/2026 at exactly 7:20pm I oprdered 2 quarter pounders, the cheese was so cold and disgusting I assumed there was extra cheese on it. I was mistaken, but I always order these the same way and the cheese is always melted. Since I was wrong about the amount of cheese on it, the manager got an attitude and claimed they were "Made perfectly!" I left without my food or my refund. I don't care if you think you made them perfectly, it was cold and disgusting. You missed the entire point, Mr "I've been doing this for 25 years!" BUT CAN'T MELT CHEESE OR PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I Tried to walk in and order at around 7pm and doors were locked but customers were inside. One of the customers opened the door for me and I was met by an extremely Rude young girl who questioned how I even got inside and told me “CLEARLY SHES BUSY AND SHORT STAFFED” which has absolutely nothing to do with me and my hungry children. She walked away and didn’t take my order so Wendy's got that couple dollars 🤷🏽♂️ 👎🏽 probably never going to that Location again

speaker was AI and I waited 10 minutes for my order to be taken before giving up and coming inside. placed an order on the kiosk, it’s been 32 minutes and I still don’t have my food. they aren’t particularly busy and there are more people working than i’ve ever seen in my experience of working at and buying from McDonalds. the person at the counter has been waiting 20 minutes for a single iced coffee. always a terrible experience at this location.
edit: finally got my food 35 minutes after ordering and took it home just to find that i paid $4 for hotcakes that i can’t eat because they didn’t give me a fork, butter, or syrup. I managed a mcdonald’s for three years, i know from personal experience it is not hard to grab a syrup when you grab pancakes. i’m not usually a review person but this location is always horrendous
