  This is an awkward McDonald's there is no human to take your order, only selfserv touch screens. There were four screens but only one was functional and it was in use. I waited for a turn to order for almost 10 minutes then gave up and went back out to the drive thru. The eating area also had 5-6 people sitting back near the bathrooms with plastic garbage bags of belongings and sleeping bags piled nearby, it felt sketchy.

  Terrible service, awful customer service. The wait time for a drive-thru order was two hours. The employee sounded grumpy and showed no empathy. I would give them zero stars.

  Pésimo servicio. Fui de vacaciones y me estuve alojando en el hotel de al lado, y estuve 2 horas y media en el servi carro a la espera que me atendieran. Pésimo servicio. Le daría cero estrellas pero no me da la opción.

  I waited 30 minutes without a single car moving. Then I pull up to the window and one of the employees starts loudly complaining about me while I’m within ear shot. I never expect like super exceptional service from a McDonald’s, but to put me and like 20 other cars thru that and then give me cold food is crazy. I come here somewhat regularly and usually there isn’t any troubles. No one is overtly friendly but no one is rude. Whoever they had in charge today? Was not it. I had already paid on the mobile app and got blocked in by other cars or I would’ve just left. But to have a 30 minute stand still w no explanation and then to just actively talk badly about your customers is willllllddd. I’d also like to put on record that the girl that gave me my cold food, was an absolute peach and lovely :). She is the only reason service got 2 stars. I even tipped her like ten bucks because she has to deal with whoever that dude is all the time.

  Messed up half my order and there was one worker that was so so rude and had the worst attitude, kind of a younger girl, but so rude I stood at the counter for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help and that girl past me probably 10 plus times and did not say anything and got angry when she was told to help the people at the counter. Overall not a good experience, no matter if it’s busy or not no one should be treated like how the people in there were treating customers.
