It was a double line after The service person said please hold then waiting in line for other people came through the other drive-through line. They all got served and I was still waiting in line. I’m aware that McDonald’s probably does not care How customers are treated But by far the one here in Grand Rapids, Michigan is the worst one I’ve seen. And probably will not go back to that particular one

When I drove up to the pay window am employee was standing at the office door talking to someone else. Never acknowledged my existence and when I tapped my horn looked at me and left the visible area. I waited for another 5 minutes, drove back around where people were still waiting at the call box and no one was working. Never got food because employee felt lazy and didn't feel like working or taking a mobile app order number
