Began to move a couple minutes after that only to approach the pickup window and be told to pull over to space number eight so I can wait some more! Was totally under the impression that these restaurants were like fast food but unfortunately they become slow food. Now I am expecting to eat cold fries. It has been another 5 minutes and still waiting. Finally received my food at 12:00. This was about a 21 minute experience from beginning to end. Unacceptable.

Also employees should know smoking right next to an entrance is a health safety code violation, sitting on the sidewalk infront of the lobby doors doesn’t seem like a good place for it especially when that’s the first thing you see pulling in. The older gentleman is the only nice thing I have to say about this place sadly. Maybe if they will get some new people in there to help him out it would be a good McDonald’s to go to.
