A few of the times I’ve gotten a McFlurry, they’ve given it to me unblended. I’ve never had this happen at another McDonald’s. If the machine is broken, could you not just say? I understand things happen. If I wanted just ice cream with a topping I would’ve ordered a sundae. This time it was also only half full, and I got no spoon or napkins. So not mixed, and without a utensil to mix it with.

The cashier was SO nice. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from the girl running the window, though. We’re sitting there for 5 mins at the window watching her pack a delivery order, then she reads the ticket wrong and gives us the wrong items after we wait. When we try to get her to fix it (it was TWO ITEMS), she tries to make us “go back through the line because I’m not about to argue with you” after claiming she got it right. I looked at my receipt later and shocker, I was right. I literally have never commented on a SPECIFIC person like this, but that girl needs to be fired like yesterday.

Did a mobile order, and first they forgot my Big Mac. Went inside and despite workers making eye contact at the counter nobody said a word. Then they forgot the sauces for our nuggets.

So I ordered my food on the app got it delivered and I’m missing my six piece happy meal. I did call them. They told me that they would replace it. Then I got the rest of my food to look at, and I got the double fillet with a large fry and a large drink. They gave me one fish patty with a half cut of cheese and a tiny bit of tartar sauce. The fries weren’t even good. They were cold. The only thing that was good out of this whole entire meal that I ordered was the pop. I am so frustrated. When you make food for somebody, you should look at it and you should ask yourself would I eat this?

Went back in too have my order redone because it wasnt right and yes people make mistakes I was nice and said hey ya know could I get this made right and they said no because thats what was on the order which it wasnt but tired of the customers never right standpoint and why I'll no longer come to this McDonald's 😊
