    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering through the McDonald’s app. I placed my order, was told to park, and waited for over 10 minutes with no one bringing my food. I called the store, but no one answered the first time. When I called again, the response I got was simply, “Sorry, we were busy.” I understand that things can get hectic, but I am also a paying customer and I expect at minimum either my food or proper communication. Instead, I lost my entire break waiting, received nothing, and this is not the first time this has happened. This is now the second time I’ve paid for an order and left without receiving my food or my money back. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not be paying for food they never receive, and being brushed off with a quick “sorry” only adds to the frustration.
