  Took 15-20 minutes to get a single item. Who is in charge here? People in every day clothing just walking in and out of the kitchen with food. Where are the standards? Whose on top of this?

  Usually this place is a great location. Clearly new employees that can't take a very simple order. Said he was manager. Was a lie. Will never be back

  I went there just now in the morning. Walked in and 20 people behind the counter just looked at me and didn't greet me or anything. Then after 5 minutes someone said counter.. Then again 20 people behind the counter didn't help. Then finally after 7 minutes a dude came to take my order. I was upset there's no customer service anymore and complained why didn't anyone greet me or say anything.. Then a manager came to help and I didn't want anything from that place because how dirty it was and lack of customer service. Horrible place and experience. Theres no customer service anymore. If someone would have just said sir someone will be with you in a minute.. Things would have went much smoother.. But when a customer comes in and every employee just looks and doesn't say anything that's bullshit

  I'm sorry to say that I have never had a good experience at this location, no matter the time of day! The wait times are always exceedingly long with nobody in the drive-thru to explain the reason why, the folks who take your order barely ever greet you and act like you're burdening them with your visit, and while you're waiting, the staff inside actively hides when the wait is getting too long. I cannot recommend this stop!

  This was by far the most disgusting fast food experience we’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot. One of the items was wrong — despite correcting the person taking the order twice. They seemed offended when we mentioned it. We opened the food to find all of the burgers completely covered in ketchup, with the toppings not even on them, just sort of wrapped up next to them. The food seemed like someone picked it up off the floor. We didn’t even feel safe eating it. They forgot the sauce for the nuggets, and didn’t give us any napkins.
