There was not a very large gathering at all at this location around peak lunch hour, which seems to be from a lack of customer service. I was watched, specifically as I put my order into the kiosk for my vanilla soft serve .🍦 The vanilla come was rushed in a rude fashion due to a deterance of a proper review of the facility. This restaurant location has some major issues, especially due to the lack of cleanliness I noticed as I walked in and had no opportunity for hand sanitizer. This area in the West Side of Grand Rapids is home to the Famous John Ball Zoo. Families shouldn't have to worry about poor service, their health, or food quality; neither should I have had to either. Very disappointed with the lack of care for their opportunities with McDonald's and the area of the city that this staff represents. Thankfully, it was a nice day in Michigan to eat my vanilla ice cream cone outside in the sunshine for this review.
