- BMBritta M4 days ago1.0I ordered and paid for a catering order of a couple dozen pumpkin donuts a few days ahead of time for a fall birthday party. I arrived to pick them up before the party and they told me they were out of stock. So I was out donuts for the party AND they didn't know how to refund my money. The catering service later told me that Krispy Kreme confirmed my order multiple times on their system despite knowing they wouldn't have the donuts I needed as they were running a special series of donuts that replaced the ones I ordered for a short time. No phone call prior to the pick-up of a catering order you cant fulfill is crazy. These donuts aren't cheap either!

There was a picture of box contents on the video screen. She didnt have any more of 2 types of donuts, so she replaced them with regular donuts. When I asked her about it she said the Mgr. told her to put 4 regular donuts (supposed to only b 2 regular donuts). I asked for the Mgr. She went to the back and got the proper donuts. Then when I checked out I asked her if I could SEE what was in the box. She wouldn't show me but instead told me. I asked her again to see what was in the box. She shoved the box at me, threw up her hands and walked away. I was blown away with the lack of service I received!
