  Asked for the Italian as an "unwich" (the toasted version, to which I'm perfectly aware you can't toast lettuce). After clarifying that I'm aware that it isn't and cannot be toasted, was told they "can't do it." Not once, but twice, with a snarky attitude. The Plainfield location simply clarifies that they can make it, it just isn't toasted (I've ordered this numerous times from the Plainfield location). How two locations within throwing distance can be virtual opposites exists, is beyond me.
