  I have long not liked Jimmy John's because their sandwich is 90% hard bread. Thought maybe something changed and I would give them a go again. Went to this location on foot for lunch since I had a bit of time. I walked in, there was no one else in line, and one guy munching on a sandwich at a table. Cool. I order a ham, turkey, and cheese with mustard and lettuce on white. Nothing else. Keep it as simple. Paid for my sandwich and even left a 20% tip for the workers. After a few minutes of waiting, I am asked to remind them what I wanted on the sandwich. No worries, I clarified and better safe than sorry, right? After 10 minutes of waiting, I get my sandwich. Not the best time, but hey I had some time to kill on my phone, and I've got my sandwich in hand to go. I then make my walk back and decide about halfway to open up and dig in. I unwrap my sandwich to find the following: 1. I got two thin slices of turkey, no ham found 2. Mayo, no mustard(Big mayo hater, but will keep my prefer 3. Tomato 4. No lettuce 5. The hardest dang sandwich bread around. Seriously, why is Jimmy John's bread so hard, and yet soaking wet disgusting inside? It pretty much solidified that Jimmy John's is trash. Wish it could have been an order mix up, but there wasn't even anyone in the drive through at the time either. I would give 1 stars across the board, but the workers were at least fairly pleasant, and the place was clean. TLDR; Never having Jimmy John's again

  Refused to honor their rewards program, and the employee that checked us out had zero problem-solving skills and just refused to honor their posted advertisement, and corporate email that was presented to her.

  Absolutely the worst location in the state. They’ll refuse to make your order because they’re too lazy to do their job. Never go here

  Make sure you stop at the box and tell them that you're there even though your orders already ready and nobody's in line and they just have to hand it out the window. Make sure to ask for napkins because they don't put it in the bag.

  Received a delivery from Ann! Ann was the best, friendly, helpful and so kind getting all the food upstairs. ✨
