  Refused to honor their rewards program, and the employee that checked us out had zero problem-solving skills and just refused to honor their posted advertisement, and corporate email that was presented to her.

  Absolutely the worst location in the state. They’ll refuse to make your order because they’re too lazy to do their job. Never go here

  Make sure you stop at the box and tell them that you're there even though your orders already ready and nobody's in line and they just have to hand it out the window. Make sure to ask for napkins because they don't put it in the bag.

  The delivery “walker” walked to my husbands surgery office and was super nice and friendly. My husband was trying to quickly eat his sandwich before his surgery only to see one half of his sandwich with NO meat on it. He order the East Coast Italian and only one half of the sandwich. We called to let them know and she said “we can re make you a sandwich but we need the old one back.” I told we threw it away because he was literally being called into surgery. Very rude and not helpful. No regard for the current situation at hand.
