Since their machine was down, they told us we could have our order for free. Only to find out, they double charged us, and now a month later has yet to reimburse us or ever call us back. The last time we called they hung up on us.

She didn't hesitate and got to my order not even 5 min later another employee came in (Jamie) and started helping her pack an get orders ready. The team work displayed was awesome got my order ready an good at the time promised! I live in Caledonia, an I can honestly say the customer service and service in general was worth the drive thank you!!
