    That place was hoppin'!!! Pizzas just flying out of the oven! But they were organized and kept everything going smoothly. Friendly at the counter and my food was delicious! Highly recommended.

    Best Domino's in the West side of Grand Rapids. Pizza was fresh, bread was delicious. The chocolate lava cake was a little added taste of heaven. Customer service is well known in the Grand Rapids Community. Hopefully the franchise invests more with the quality employees they do actually have.

    Called in a full order wanting to specify a pick up time, and after she took all my info, she said I had to order with the store (whom I thought I was talking with)and transferred the call. They would not give me the price advertised, so I agreed to $1.00 more, and they guaranteed my pick up time. Pizza was not even made yet at agreed time because they took a call instead, dealing with another complaint. Then they told me they wanted a higher price than she agreed to, plus I had to wait. I had a bad pizza last year that was really skimpy on items, but gave them another chance. *Do not give me a free offer, or tell me to contact the store again. Free isn't even worth bothering with your staff and skimpy items pizza. Frozen is preferable to this mess, and way less stress.
