There were 3 staff visible, one taking orders and cashing out, one was filling up bags of chips that were already at 50 easily, one was bringing containers to the front refrigerator. All 3 counters were filthy, the floor was as filthy and the containers on the serving line were splashed with dried food, sparse etc. I pulled the young lady who was taking orders to the side and said, “you may want to take a minute to wipe down your areas, restock and sweep the floor while it’s slow” She replied, “we are short staff and if it’s not clean oh well”. As the owner, you may want to provide training on customer service and time management or do spot checks. I live in the area and come often, lately the bare minimum isn’t happening. I’ll drive the two blocks to the competitor.

The chips tasted like cardboard and it was a small portion of chips that you have to pay for the serving size was ok but i just wast satisfied with the overal expiernce of how my bowl and chips tasted. Staff was cool but looked like they cpuld have been a little cleaner behind the glass.
