  I ordered a delivery through the Chipotle App on 2/28/26. The food was delivered at the wrong location which was clearly identified by the drop off photo image. I tried to call…. No luck. I then tried the Chipotle chat box “pepper “ No resolution to the issue in either the form of refund or replacement. Chipotle was not remotely interested in correcting their mistake. Bottom line is I lost $30 while receiving no food. I have a screenshot of the chat box interaction as proof Chipotle was not willing to remedy the situation. In addition I have a screenshot of the drop location which clearly indicates the wrong location. As soon as I gave Chipotle this information they immediately ended the chat box discussion because they knew they were in the wrong. I have copies and proof of everything that backs up my testimony. BUYER BEWARE should be on the front of every Chipotle store. Horrible customer service.

  So I just want to say that I barely leave reviews, but this deserves it! I have been to this location 3 times and each time is something. I order food I want extra on there THAT IM PAYING FOR!!!! But these employees just have to make side comments and throw their body just to grab more restock. I’m sorry but isn’t it YOUR JOB to serve customers! Whoever is in charge really needs to step up there game and get better employees. You really want rude employees who serve customers? You are loosing money and if you keep hiring these smug employees, I hope chiplote goes out of business !!!

  I travel for work and I typically use chipotle as a place to get a quick, decent meal. I've been to many locations and can safely say this one is the worst. It's typically filthy, the service is slow regardless of the amount of people in the store, and they're always out of one or more protein options. This isn't a one time occurrence as I still go often because the food available is still of decent quality.

  I came in for my colleges was my day to order lunch for us 4 and the food was burnt sloppy when I came to pick up took while to service me it was dirty around food areas

  Ordering delivery from this restaurant is literally a roll of the dice. I ordered two burritos, both with extra chicken, and got two square folded burritos with maybe a tablespoon of chicken each. $50 for two burritos and you can’t wait 10 minutes for more chicken to cook before throwing it out the door. And of course there’s no help from the “AI” chatbot. Just a promise for better training. My recommendation? Don’t get food from here unless you’re prepared to supervise it being made and speak up when they short you on every possible thing.
