The texture and flavor of both the chicken and steak was just off. No flavor at all and it was unusually chewy. I couldn’t even finish my bowl, which never happens. There was only one guy working the dine-in line meanwhile another guy was just sitting on his phone at a table. I get that he was probably on break, but during the dinner rush? I’ll probably be giving other locations a shot before I’m back.

The employee touched the counter without changing gloves, scooped rice off the counter back into the main pan, and returned chicken that had fallen on the counter back into the chicken pan before serving it. I cancelled my order and left. When I went back to explain why, a pregnant woman was being served from the same contaminated food. This was unsanitary and concerning.

With only one person working while the rest played on there phone and ate while working the counter, I should be happy we got food. The place was dirty starting at the serving counter and ended at the tables. Clean napkins to use were out, unless you want to pickup a dirty one from the floor. And they finished the bad experience off with 3 out of 4 juice dispensers being empty. What a staffing issue they have! I recommend going somewhere else if you want clean good food and a positive environment.

I dont even ask for fresh chicken anymore because the last time I did, one of the female managers rolled her eyes at me like I was such a huge inconvenience.
