I am very disappointed with this location. I’ve been going to other Chipotle’s for years, but this one is always out of fajita vegetables. I wait in the long lines to get a vegetable bowl, and each time I do, I’m greeted with an empty fajita vegetable bowl. The last time I went, I asked the employees when the best day would be to come. I also asked what day they get their shipments, and they didn’t have an answer. They said “sorry you just came on a bad day.” Chipotle on Alpine, please do a better job of keeping up with your stock. There has to be some way to request more fajita vegetables.

We have used this location multiple times for dine-in and pick-up, all of which our experiences has been less than satisfactory. One time we popped into this location at 7pm on a Tuesday night and ended up waiting in line for 25 minutes - only to get up to the counter where they were completely out of chicken, guac and chips. I could understand this if we came in 20 minutes before closing but at prime dining hours, it was totally insane! I would not recommend this location if you are looking for quick and friendly service.

So the food I did get was good. But 1 of my sides was fajita veg. I was there to pick up when. The worker started making it. If they were out they could've offered a different veg but nope.

This place is disgusting and filthy. Ate here to find the tables are almost never cleaned between customers. Worst of all, I went to the restroom after I ate and was appalled by how unsanitary it was. It’s evident the men’s room hasn’t been cleaned in WEEKS as the toilet bowl is stained yellow from never even being brushed. The toilet and seat were covered in pubic hair, feces, and urine. Even the sink, where people are supposed to clean their hands, was absolutely filthy. If this is how unsanitary their bathrooms are, imagine what the rest of the restaurant is like, where they make your food… absolutely disgusted after leaving this restaurant.

I've been to the Alpine Chipotle a handful of times. Only once was I truly satisfied. They tend to be very stingy with their veggies, always having to ask for, "more, please". And if someone else picks it up for you and you forget to have them ask for more, it gets back to you, c questioning, "did they even put tomatoes in there... Corn..."!?
And the chips are almost ALWAYS too salty, over cooked/baked, or stale. I suspect I'll stick to the Chipotle in Grandville...(Though they struggle with their chips, too).
