As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I was, however, disappointed that the regular fry was so tiny and only filled halfway, leaving me still hungry but at least it was fairly fresh and I love the shakes so I guess it is what it is.

The woman (manager) said I needed to leave without my food even after showing my license and my order in the Checkers app. It showed my order was for pick-up in the app. It didn't matter, none of the employee's seemed to understand how the Checkers app works and didn't seem to care whatsoever. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any fast food place ever. I contacted Checkers and am still waiting for my refund and an explanation a week later. Store case #603380 Avoid this location and do not order in the Checkers app!
