As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I looped back around and there was only one car at the window ahead of me. I waited another 15 minutes just to pull up to the window for them to say they were out of wings. Cheeseburger was slapped together really nasty and cold. Loaded fries were in a huge pool of grease.

- MMMeiJan 3, 20262.0I was very disappointed with how downhill checkers went. First of all, I waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes and there were only 2 cars in front of me the whole time. Second, when you get up to the drive thru, it’s not a person taking orders, it’s AI or something. Every time I said an item it kept trying to make me order it for a bigger size. I kept having to say no. I ordered my meal and the price seemed a bit higher than I expected. Turns out it upcharged me and made my meal large when I said medium. When I got home, I started eating my burger and it had exactly what I had asked to not be on the burger (I said no mayo and no mustard). Not only that, but I got the fry lovers burger and half the fries in it were hard as a rock. I bit down and my partner sitting next to me was like “what was that”, the crunch was so loud because the fries were burnt. My burger was not fresh at all. Everything was so salty and my drink was watered down. I paid $27 for everything and almost the whole order was wrong and quality was poor.
