The service is just not good at the front desk eating there is all right. Just wouldn’t recommend placing your online order here

Waiting that long while many others who ordered after us got their food is not okay. This isn’t the only time this has happened, nor having items missing from orders. This place has gone downhill…try to order at another Buffalo Wild Wings if you can.

When I asked to speak to the manager instead of him coming over he returned my waitress to me with an excuse that made zero sense. The order did NOT get corrected! they just lost a customer and I will not recommend this location to ANYONE. Save yourself the disappointment

Instead of moving my order up, I was forced to wait an additional 40 minutes with no apology and no attempt to remedy the situation. I understand what it means to be busy, but you can still offer good service. I will not be coming back.
