This restaurant is exactly why you don’t hire a bunch of high schoolers. They literally microwaved my takeout order picture below.

Waited too long for someone to even notice us. Food order took like 45 minutes to arrive.

Oh God. Where do I begin? While it is a Friday night, there was a 30 minute + wait with many tables open. We got our table at around 15 minutes, which is something to be thankful, for but still. The waiter was a delightful lady with a very fun attitude. But other than that, she stood around for most of her shift. The food took twenty minutes to come to us. Most of the food that my group ordered was adequate. However, my personal food was cold and tasted like it was sitting out for a while. Wish there were more prices on the menus , but I think that's just a franchise thing. Many children running around without adult supervision.

The best I can say is the food was underwhelming. I had their classic chicken sandwich. Unlike a lot of pubs and even fast food restaurants, the chicken on the bun was a thin slab that looked like an oversized chicken finger that had been smushed. Nothing like the robust patties you get at Popeyes, Chick-fil-A, or virtually any nicer sit down restaurant. It clearly came out of a frozen bag. My wife had the chicken tenders and it was the same story. Breaded chicken out of a freezer bag. At least the fries were fresh and tasty. On the other hand, our server, Jodeci, was really good. She could not save the less than average quality of the mass produced, cafeteria quality food however. There are many other better choices to eat in Grand Rapids. The final insult was I was charged a dollar extra to put lettuce and tomato on my chicken sandwich. Very disappointing.
