  This place should not have been open‼️. We were there last nite (1/9/26) for my granddaughter’s birthday dinner;they had a sewer issue. At our location the smell was horrible. The server didn’t let us what the problem was until we asked. Management knew there was a problem before we were seated, we should have been given the option to stay or leave. We will never eat there again and most definitely will pass this on to other family members and friends👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

  On January 3, 2026, we made a reservation for 6:30 pm for nine people. One of us arrived at 6:10 pm and they could not find our reservation but indicated they could take care of us by 6:30. At 7:30, after several uncomfortable interactions with the unfriendly and unapologetic hostess, we asked to speak with the manager. This made the hostess quite angry but eventually she got the manager who was young and casually dressed but at least friendly and apologetic. When we asked what he could do to "make things right" for our long wait and the hostess' hostile attitude, he offered free appetizers. We found that unacceptable and negotiated half-off the bill. We eventually were seated at 7:45 but then it took quite some time to even get water. Again, long waits for first the bread and then our appetizers. And we had to get the plates ourselves. The entrees took quite long to arrive, were mediocre at best with the mashed potatoes being cold. We noticed a number of tables that were had not been bussed for hours and the bathrooms were not clean (or as one female in our group stated "they were disgusting"). What has happened to this restaurant? So disappointing!!

  Had a 5:00 reservation yesterday. Immediately seated in the small room off the main dining room in the front of the restaurant.Table was very wobbly so asked for a different table. When we sat down, my wife noticed a cockroach crawling underneath the paper table covering. Our waitress was there and we showed her it. She got the hostess and they moved us to a booth. Within a few minutes, they seated two people in that table. NO ONE DID ANYTHING TO SANITIZE AND REMOVE THE COCKROACH. OR FIX THE WOBBLY TABLE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.Our meal and service was excellent.

  We went to the Grand Rapids restaurant last evening to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I was disappointed in the food. My Mahi Mahi was dry, the tomato bisque was barely warm, the mashed potatoes tasted like instant, my husband's clam chowder was also below par. He was supposed to get asparagus with his meal and was served broccoli instead. Our table candle didn't work and there weren't any bread plates on the table. Will find a better fish restaurant in the area next time.

  Was here for Christmas Eve dinner. Had an 8pm reservation for 4. We weren’t seated until 8:30pm. The service was friendly but extremely slow and poor quality. We didn’t receive our entrees until after 9:35pm, over an hour after our reservation time. We had no silverware or napkins for our appetizer. When the food came out, we specifically had to request silverware and napkins after the food was set on the table before the server walked away. The food was mostly poor. The bourbon glazed salmon was okay. The shrimp and scallops were overcooked. Scallops did not have any flavor. All 4 of us ordered steamed broccoli, and 2 of them came out almost raw still. The plank seared salmon was also okay. None of the entrees impressed, especially after the wait time. The ambiance was very nice, but considering everything else we will not return.
