  I’ve given this place several tries, but after being cussed out by a manager for trying to pay with $100 bill and now having the door locked on me when picking up my pizza at 11:15 at night the customer service is just ridiculous. Please avoid this place at night if possible

  Worst customer service by any pizza place in West Michigan. I have been screwed by this location on several occasions. I strongly urge everyone not to patron this store or any Dominos for that matter. Trash pizza, trash service. I will only support local establishments from this point forward.

  Michael needs to be more careful driving in neighborhoods with children out. He seems like a good guy, just needs to be more intentional and less combative when met with conflict about the safety of children in a protected area. I do not want this review to affect Michael, I would just like him to be more careful. Thank you Dominos.

  Pizza always tastes good, never had any sort of issue with this location. I ordered once or twice from the dominos on Breton and it tasted gross, this place is worth driving a little further if you have to, I think.

  Jasmine, who is reportedly " one of the managers " hung up on me twice in a row. I wasn't upset when I originally called but I'm furious now. When I ordered the pizza online it asks for special instructions. I opened that and selected pie cut. It came square cut. Doesn't seem like a big deal does it? But it is to my husband. He was quite upset that it came square cut so I called to see what they would do about it. The answer is not only would they do nothing about it but they hung up on me twice! This is totally unacceptable and the worst and most rude kind of customer service there is. We frequently get pizzas from this store because it's close to our house, but from now on it's going to be JT's or Jets because of this experience. Now if they want to contact me and offer me a discount on our next pizza or something like that perhaps I'll remove this review. But right now I have become angry. Jasmine needs to find another job. One where she doesn't deal with the public. What a rude girl.
