  Very poor customer service (rude). I have been a loyal customer for years and have always had a great experience. That was not the case today. I ordered a large strawberry shake and it was all liquid. When I told the young lady at the window she was very rude. The experience was unpleasant and I usually enjoy it. Having polite and friendly customer service is more important than any remodel to the building.

  I had a horrible experience not once but twice here . Both times with Josh who says he is the manager . Greeted him at the window with a smile and hey how are you doing ? He immediately cut me off and ask what can he get me . I told home my order which was a combo hot dog ,chips and I ask can I upgrade my drank and pay the different for a different drank and he said No . Which was fine cause rules are rules . So I just paid for the item I wanted and ask can I get extra flavoring and he said yes for a cost which again was fine . Order came to 15.95 and that was with one chilli dog , a small bag of plain chips and my upgraded drank. I ask the young lady was extra in my flurry and may I pay for extra on top which I told the young man at the window (JOSH) she said I will have to get back in line and pay for it which was fine (not really cause I ask for extra ) Josh than came over and said I couldn’t pay for extra topping . I ask why cause he just said at the previous window any extras I will have to pay . He rudely Said cause he just can’t After going here a few times I will not being retuning . Previous (4 days prior ) I was at the laundry Matt and ended up with about 5 dollars worth of quarters left . Went and got a flurry and as I’m handing the change to Josh he let them go on the counter top , started to aggressively count them and shut the window on me as I’m was telling him I have the reminding balance in cash Everyone have off days but for Josh who says he is the manger treat me like this not once but twice was really rude and uncause for
