  Usually okay but this time it doesn’t even look like anyone tried to care, I got 3 tacos and they just threw the lettuce like it was a bowl. The lettuce was gross it was all wet with black specs & they gave me the core of the lettuce head…

  On April 1 I came to this location for the first time and I will be back because two of the employees who were working around 2:00pm help me out so much. My daughter is a sprinter and I wanted something that would keep her full during her meet and this young lady gave me good advice on what meat to choose and how it would benefit her. My daughter really liked the food and it keep her full. So thank you to that young lady and the young man who serviced me.

  Literally the worst experience at this chipotle. Picked up my order, got all the way to visiting my fiance at work on his lunch break to open our food and realize both orders were wrong. My order was sofritas with no cheese and a sofritas wrap, and got someone's chicken bowl and wrap with cheese. I called and was told to call 1800 chipotle for a refund or come back in so they can remake it. I ended up driving back in and the staff ignored me until I spoke up and said I got the wrong order to the 2 women and the man at the front counter. The younger blonde at the front basically rolled her eyes and was very annoyed at me the entire time. She remade the order but put the bag down on the counter in front of me and didn't say anything. I waited for her to say anything at all to me, she dead pan looked at me and said "did you need something else?" I told her sorry to inconvenience her and left basically in tears. No sorry, nothing. I work in customer service/collections so I deal with difficult people all day, this was NOT it. 0 customer service skills, zero empathy. Won't go back. Made me feel like I was a problem.

  Awful service, made my burrito terrible and I didn’t even get that many items on it, was super disappointed and pissed that I had to ask for a bowl and fork to dump it into, the worker gave me literal 10 individual pieces of chicken, and only a dot of queso , which I also pay extra for. She slimed my burrito with SO much sour cream and sloppily wrapped it. Burrito wasn’t even closed all the way before they threw it in tin foil. I would’ve walked out if my girl didn’t want food herself. I dont normally post reviews ever in my life but this time was baddddd.

  Pretty consistent with portions and freshness in my experience. Service can vary greatly here. Some very nice employees and some that obviously don't want to be there. Have been a couple times where I'm the only person in line waiting right at the counter, and no one acknowledges I'm there for like 4 minutes, despite some employees just standing around. Also burrito wrapping should be taught day 1. It's 50/50 if they screw it up or not. For these prices that should be 100% under control.
