  The food is delicious as always however I got the smallest portions I've ever recieved at a chipoltle ever and the store is DESTROYED. There isn't a SINGLE clean table or chair here. Not to mention the trash is OVERFLOWING. This place is absolutely DISGUSTING! And instead of cleaning it I see a staff member on his phone right now. Maybe hes on break but how would I know that. To me, it just looks like laziness. The staff didnt look to pleased to be here either which, probably is valid. OH, and the ceiling of the store is literally UNFINISHED. Also all the responses I'm reading on here about the clenliness of the stor from the owner seem to be dissmissive copy and paste messages. Go to another Chipoltle location!!!

  The food was really great can't complain the guy that was making my burrito super friendly never got his name but I wish I would have left a tip definitely go back again. Thank you guys 🙏🏿

  It wasn't terrible. Had the chicken bowl. They are always out of 30% of toppings and it looks like a bomb went off at the food prep counter. That's most Chipotle locations I've been to though.

  Dear Management, please remind your staff to switch plastic gloves after tasks such as touching the register, touching their hair and etc., before handling someone's food. I watched the food handler do all of the above. She then stood infront of me with the same gloves on to take my order. I asked her if she was going to change gloves. Her response was, "I can if you want me to." I asked her to change gloves and explained that I watched her touch the register and her hair several times. She obliged my request and was polite about it. However, I'm bringing it to your attention as not changing gloves is a high risk for cross contamination. Especially since she reached her hand in the cheese container to put it on my food. When I looked back at the next person she was serving, she did not change gloves after touching the register to ring me out.

  I came here for the first time they were having a buy one get one if you had a tattoo so I decided to come soon as I came in line. I was there a few minutes before 3 PM and the young lady says we don’t start until three if that’s what you’re here for she never said hello or anything. I told her that was fine. I waited in line when it was finally my turn I noticed that the steak was brown on one side pink on the other I asked the young man is there a way that steak could be cooked longer he said no it was already pre-cooked like that and that’s how they serve it yet. I seen a man behind him actually cooking steak. I could’ve gave me some that was more done. He made the burritos. They were very salty. I paid almost $17 for the experience and I did not like it
