- RHRobert HowardApr 8, 20261.0Pretty bummed with chick fil a lately. They are definitely getting sloppy to the point where McDonald's is looking good again and that ain't saying much. I was at this location today and bought the breakfast sandwich. I have been noticing that they have been getting pretty scarce with the egg on the breakfast sandwich, especially this location. I actually had to take a pic of the sandwich where the slice of cheese was actually thicker than the egg. So you are telling me I bought a breakfast sandwich without egg for five bucks. Anyways, The best the worker could do was give me my money back. I should not expect more because the days of costomer service are gone. Also, they really got to stop standing around talking, the wait here is ridiculous as well. Do better chick fil a.....

The staff member seeing my son was fresh out of surgery, agreed to make the chicken nuggets a little earlier, as thats whay he really wanted. She spoke with kindness and understanding. Then after making our food fresh, she also brought him a warm cookie! It may not be much, but it meant everything to us! Such a wonderful experience in a clean, fresh setting. We will return when in the area! Thank you to the amazing staff! We appreciate you!

It was really weird, I’ve never been offered free food before. And I don’t think it was because they wanted to be nice. I don’t like being offered food before the stuff I ordered is ready. This place is ran by 18-year-olds and it’s really bad. Terrible portions, weird service.
