As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- RHRandy H6 days ago1.0Burger was ok but the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls were god awful. Oily almost tasted like nothing. Wouldnt even feed them to my dog. I was going to ask about a coupon I had but an AI speaker not an actual person. Couldnt go inside all drive thru. Pulled up got our drinks and told we have to drive to the other side to pick up our food in the drive thru where we have to pick up our order out of the passenger window. Very ackward setup. Also got food poisoning I definitely will not be back at this location ever.

If I wanted to wait longer for an apple pie. I mean I already been waiting so now I gotta wait more and drive back to drive thru. If no one wants to work here just shut it down and they forgot my fry with my meal R they taking they money. And food cold. But I waited

Checkers SUCKS ON 28th street ALL OF THEM. They wouldn’t let me change sites and when they did the store says they could not see my order. I lost almost 50$ for good I never received

Waited around 25 minutes for food behind two other cars. First car was taking forever, and then once they left they had our food ready to go at the window. Do they not have anyone that could take the food out once it's ready? Also hate the AI order taker. Slow to respond and can never be sure if it got the order right.
