  They went with Ai ordering at the drive thru, and the bacinzilla patties are much smaller than usual

  Excellent waitress. Food was horrible. My "scrambled egg" was a hard egg cut upp in little pieces. They were covered in leftovers from the grill. No coffee and only one type of bread. My friend said no lettuce on her tacos because of allergies. It came with lettuce. It was Sunday morning. Hung over staff? Our waitress was amazing at fixing all the issues.

  AI Ordering didnt understand us. We then waited at the drive thru window for over 5 minutes for the workers to not even acknowledge we were there (even after honking our horn). We left and went to Wendys.

  First of all the AI you have at the drive thru is ridiculous and terrible get rid of it. I believe it is the cause of this issue anyway. Just get rid of it ..... seriously get rid of the AI thing. It cut me off in the middle of ordering. The lady in the window waved me forward, so I assumed it was to continue placing my order. She said the machine already placed the order so I would have to pay for the first half then put in a second order.....weird but ok... While placing the second order with the person at the window she kept interrupting me and only took half of my second order She opened the window and I told her that I wasn't finished ordering she got frustrated then told me I had to pay for the second order and get in back of the line to continue with the rest of my order. There was nobody in line when we got there and now there's 5 cars behind me. I'm not going to the back of the line. She then gives us one bad of food and a drink that isn't ours. Then we are given the bag from our second order but not the first. After a couple more attempts we at least were able to get the food we paid for. Ended up ordering for myself at Taco Bell because wasn't going thru that experience again. Now this morning we notice 3 charges on our card and they had actually charged us for the food we did not order and that we gave back!!!!!????? 100 percent failure. I wanted my bacon burger and fries not some taco dookie. Unfortunately as much as I like Checkers I don't think I can force myself to go back after that. Literally the most stressful drive thru experience of my life and all I wanted was a burger. You owe me stars and $6!!!!! Responding to your AI generated comment to my complaint. You have reviews going back almost 2 years with consistent service issues. You are not concerned with improving as long as people show up in line. Just get rid of the AI thing.

  The burger buns were very stale or maybe over toasted. Burger buns should not be crunchy. :( Even worse, the fries were HORRIBLE! They tasted like they were fried in rancid oil. I chose this restaurant for the fries but they were entirely inedible. The only thing we ordered that was any good was the banana shake. Extremely disappointing experience!
