  Went on 4/19/26 with the intent to do the $9.99 unlimited apps deal. After sitting down and getting drinks, we were going to put in our first round of appetizers, upon doing so, we were informed they are “out of Mozz Sticks & low on chips/queso. Because of this, they made the decision that they weren’t not going to offer the unlimited apps promotion that evening”, effectively, wasted our visit and the reason we showed up. Since we were told the unlimited apps promotion wasn’t available and we were already there and sitting at our table, we decided to order dinner anyways, and we’re going to try the new “Sweet Chili Crisp wing flavor they advertised at the door & on our table. Nope, we were informed they were also out of this wing flavor. Overall a complete failure of a visit. Will not be returning to this bdubs.

  So food can be hit or miss depending I feel like who’s working some days everything perfect other days things lack, but overall the staff is very nice love them every time and drinks 100% all the times it’s just some times Things can be hit or miss

  We walked in the doors on Easter at lunchtime and were immediately seated. Our server Maddie was super attentive and everything was FAST. I think the manager even brought us our appetizer and it’s always nice to see a manager helping out his employees. Great view of the golf course next door and plenty of TV’s to enjoy sports while eating the wings we all know and love. I got the mac n cheese burger though and wow, it was impressive. We will certainly be back!

  Took 15 min to get a drink had to flag someone down. Then when the waitress did come over it was after she took the order from the table who arrived after us. Then she got drinks before even placing the orders she took. I watched numerous tables that came in after us get food before us. I had to box my food because I couldn’t wait any longer for it. Then I get back to work to find she messed up my order no Buffalo sauce on my sandwich!!! Seriously!!! This is the 2nd time this has happened and the last I will not return.

  So let’s start with I ordered the steak sandwich, which I’ve had before at another location and it was good! Steak sandwich comes the meat inside is overcooked. I’m sitting at my table with the owner of Eddie V in Detroit . We decided to have an early lunch here in grandrapids. Moving forward, I spoke with the manager, explained to him and had him look at the meat inside the sandwich. He proceeded to ask, do I want my money back, I said well I am hungry and he said OK well, I can give you some extra cheese, so it won’t be as dry! Yeah, this is the manager of this location blew my mind. But my guest was done for!! The worst customer service That I ever seen. The response was unacceptable from the manager, and he needs to be retrained. However, our server:Cole Was absolutely amazing. He goes back there and make my sandwich over himself and apologize to me and should definitely be trading places with the manager. I won’t return, but I will always remember the code and I will be calling corporate.
