  Richard K made my food fresh. After going to the wrong location. No old or cold food. I appreciate that. Great service and customer service skills. Thats hard to come by at other locations.   I guess if you aren't a regular you get ignorednbyb the bartender. Slow service. I had a tall beer and the groups that came in after me were eating before the bartender even took my order. It wasn't busy. The place was dead on a Friday evening. That should have been a red flag. We go to BDubs all over the country. This was the absolute worst one. Come on. You can do better.

  BW3 used to be the shit, I remember coming to this place years ago and it was popping, the upstairs is filled with people, but now this location is mostly dead. The wings are tiny and dry , the servers always take forever to take our order or bring us the bill (I don't blame them seems like the place is slightly understaffed, but still) the hand full of times we came here this year, it is honestly just not worth it unless its on a Thursday or a Tuesday.

  So glad we chose to stop in for lunch! The service was amazing, our food came out fast, and the lunch special pricing cant be beat!!!

  Why are these corporations so damn greedy and shady. Got a notification from the app about their new 2 can dine for $19.99 special with exceptions(i.e. upcharges) And the pricing between specials is so dumb. If you order JUST wings 20 piece Traditional $29.79 or Boneless $26.79 a $3 difference then there's the 20 piece wings and fries bundle (an online order exclusive which is weird because if you order it with fries they'll knock almost $8 off) Traditional 21.99 Boneless $17.99 a $4 difference. Then the new 2 can dine if you choose boneless, fries and a soda $19.99 but if you want traditional wings the it's $29.99 a $10 difference. That's just insane. All in all this pricing scheme killed my desire for wings today. But in the future when I crave some I'll definitely go for the 20 wings and large fries(or tots for a buck more) for $21.99.
