  I ordered through the app at 11:30pm. When I picked it up and got home, there were the following errors: I special ordered the ham sandwiches + pickles. There were no pickles added. I ordered 3 orders of peach cobbler, which should have included 6 of the pieces. They had only put 2 orders in the sack. I went back to the restaurant and told them at drive-through that I had only received 2 orders and not 3. When I got to the window, after a wait, I was handed a little bag with only one piece of cobbler. I told the employee that I still needed another piece of cobbler because the order should contain 2. He looked at me and sneered, “Whatever!” Then I received the other piece. This is the third occasion in two months at this location that there has been something missing and I have had to drive back in. This store has poor management and needs to train the employees for accuracy as well as good manners with costumers.

  Missed a whole 8 pc jalepeno bite and the customer service was so rude. I live 20 minutes away and cant go back to get it right away they force me to remember a name because they are too lazy to write down mine

  It was so nasty cold and old, my mom went and got food today and she told me she was going to call and get the shake replaced at least so it was the right flavor and I guess they hung up on her and offered her nothing

  I did a to go order at 3:29 drove over and made it to the window 3:36, food was cold half way through my fries it was under cooked…mozzarella sticks had no marinara, the peach cobbler was very old tasting I ordered a 2nd order at the window to get a jamocha shake which ended up getting vanilla….I called the lady insisted they made the food right when it came up but it wasn’t even a 10min drive and somehow the food was already cold….i was excited for a jamocha shake….I rarely order Arby’s cause it it’s more expensive and of my $40 order and $8.00 order the only thing that was not old tasting was the jalapeno poppers and of course roast beef as it was easy to microwave to warm up….the lady said she asked her manager and that yeah it was made right when it got placed and the shake was jamocha so yeah thanks and hung up
