  I bought my son a Pizza Hut gift card for Christmas this year. We have always loved Pizza Hut and usually go to the one in Grand Ledge, MI because we enjoy dinning in and I also knew he would enjoy the gift. Unfortunately, he was not able to use the gift card because the people working at the time had no idea how to enter it in the system. Why is she working the register if she dont know how and had no one to ask. I did call and was given an excuse. I'm glad my son had money to pay for his food although he should not have had to. It was a $50 card.

  10 of us came in on Xmas Eve. They had 3 workers. They did a great job even being short handed.

  Had a young kid named Isaiah as our server. I think he was thinking he could be lax since my husband and I look like a younger couple, we had our 2yr old son with us, and also had the worst experience I have ever had anywhere to date. When we arrived we were the only people dining in. Our experience started with the server pulling up a chair and not saying a word, I proceeded to order our drinks. When he brought an extra plate for my son he kind of tossed it on the table. Mine and my husband’s silverware were also thrown on the table, our son’s silverware was handed to him about an inch from his face expecting him to grab it. Then I asked for some ranch and he said “no” and walked towards the kitchen and punched the side of the counter on his way to get some. I assumed he was being sarcastic however it was not clear at all especially with the added punch. When he finally decided to refill our cups he picked up my husbands cup without saying anything and put it in my husbands face and shook it, then said “straw” when he clearly didn’t understand what he wanted. To top it all off, my husband was getting my son ready to go and he grabbed my sons hat took the gloves out of it and put my sons hat on my son without asking us. The food was good but I would have never guessed that all could have happened in one evening.

  Glad this location has dine-in available, as that has always been the best way to enjoy some Pizza Hut. Good Pizza and Sticks.

  The. Breadsticks were fantastic! This is the reason I go to pizza hut, they never disappoint. I miss the old crust on the pan pizza but the hand tossed has a nice sweet addition that helps the loss. The bathroom needs to be cleaner more often and a deeper clean. There is just something about going to a restaurant that doesn't have clean bathroom that good food can't fix. We arrive when they first opened so there isn't any reason it shouldn't have been clean but to my dismay it didn't look like it had been cleaned in days. Staff was friendly and did a good job for only two of them working. I still belive a pepperoni, onion, black olive and mushroom pizza should be standard on a menu but I get that maybe I'm just odd. Will likely return in the future.
