Order Hot Chocolate off app.. wait in line to pickup and then they tell me “we just shut the machine down for cleaning.” this is at 4:58pm
I was unable to cancel my order they just offered me something else in return, but I wanted nothing else.

This McDonald's is terrible. The staff is extremely slow. They don't get the order correct. Staff stands around doing nothing like they are completely lost on what they should be doing. Staff is very rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this location, customers will be disappointed. Totally pitiful, DO BETTER!!

I bought food here earlier through the app. When I went to pick it up a few minutes after ordering they said they hadn't received the order. After showing them that I had ordered it, the money had left my account and I received points on the app for the order they told me they weren't able to make it because I had ordered breakfast food. An order I had already placed over an hour before breakfast hours ended couldn't be made because they didn't make it in time.
Then they told me that they would cancel the order, which means the order was in their system and they DID receive it. They just lied so they wouldn't have to make it. I apparently will be getting a refund in a few business days. If I hadn't have pressed them on the matter would I have even received a refund? If they hadn't then they would have stolen over $30 from me.

Grand Ledge McDonald's is one of the best in the area. My food is always hot and fresh, the staff is super nice and you get in and out of there in no time
