  I wanted to take the time to recognize the McDonald’s location in Grand Haven, Michigan for the way it is being operated. I visit this location regularly and have done so consistently over the past year. I also have the option to go to several other nearby locations, but I specifically choose this one because of how well it is run. This store stands out in every area—cleanliness, speed, organization, and overall environment. There is always someone actively cleaning, the dining area and windows are consistently maintained, and the entire operation runs in a controlled, efficient way that you don’t typically see. Orders are consistently ready on time, and there is very little downtime or confusion. The flow of the store is smooth, and it is clear there are strong systems in place behind the scenes. What separates this location the most, though, is the management and staff. The managers take the time to engage with customers, they are genuinely positive, and they clearly take pride in what they do. You can tell they enjoy their work, and that carries through to the entire team. From my perspective, this is a real example of lean operation in practice—clean, efficient, repeatable, and consistent over time. This is not based on a few good visits, but on a full year of consistent performance. I wanted to make sure this location and its leadership are recognized. They are setting a standard that other locations could learn from. —Chris

  UPDATE I've reached out to customer service as directed below. We will see what the result is and I'll post back the results. Dude I cannot believe how much prices have gone up and how much the French fries cost alone? We also got mcflurry's and I ordered the shamrock oreo mcflurry and my friend ordered an Eminem mcflurry and they weren't even the same size and they cost the same amount of money. They were both half empty and they were barely even mixed. And they started serving mcflurry's in a stupid paper cup. It's all garbage, just garbage, that's
