  Haven’t been here in a long time. I’m remembering why now. The first employee who greeted me at the counter was extremely rude and aggressive. There’s equipment running and it’s hard to hear. I had to ask her to repeat what she said, and she acted very irritated with me, as if she had better things to do. Then I found out that they were out of flatbread. Luckily, once the bread was put in the toaster oven, someone else took over. The second woman was very nice and professional, and treated me with respect. She deserves a raise. I noticed that they were also out of cookies and there was at least one type of pop that was not available. Someone needs to do a better job of ordering the food as well as training their employees to treat customers like they matter. WE are literally your bread and butter!

  We dealt with the rudest lady ever. She had awful costumer service. She refused to put stuff on my sub and these subs are way to expensive to not get what you want. She didn't change her gloves after each sub.she also didn't have any of the food containers covered that is a health hazard.. I hope she gets fired. I will never go back there again. We also waited about 10min for her to get out of the bathroom 🤬 I will be calling corporate for sure. 0/10 experience!!!!!!!!
