  I normally adore jimmy johns and for almost 15 years it's been one of my favorite quick sandwich stops, but since the picklewich came back I think they have some serious cross contamination issues and I'll be avoiding eating here indefinitely. I'm not a pickle fan, and I learned via the last few visits how foul a sandwich can taste from here when all of the toppings taste like they've been dipped in pickle juice. I've been eating the exact same order for over a decade and had to toss my last two orders out they tasted so strongly of dill. Sad to let one of my favorite sandwiches go for now, but I'm hoping the picklewich is just a seasonal fling that will leave soon so I can enjoy my jimmy johns again!!

  Staff was great but I was shocked at the two pieces of thin roast beef on an abbreviated bun! Have eaten there for years except the last two years. Going to be a lot of years when I go back . Kinda like buying out of a vending machine

  I do not appreciate having a delivery driver that bangs on my door then rings my door bell repeatedly just to demand a tip. I felt very pressured to tip. Not to mention I requested that the food be delivered to my door and left. Definitely not okay an makes your customers feel unsafe.
