    Horrible service, horrible staff, would not fix something messed up with their machines. I had to throw away food that we could not eat and the manager there (kim) was very rude and said there’s nothing she could do and she wasn’t going to remake the food. If i could give 0 stars i would. Will never go to this taco bell again!

    The morning manager was so rude, I pulled up to the window to find out the name of an ice coffee that I had the day before and she told me she couldn’t talk to me at the window that I had to go back to the speaker and talk to her, remind you I’m the only one on the drive thru and I was looking for the lady that helped me the day before. She cussed me out.

    Manager on duty was useless, blonde lady. I come here all of the time and am usually pleased but once she was hired it went to garbage, service and food are wack. The drive thru worker was very pleasant and was the best apart of the experience.

    This is the food I received. Not to mention the other incorrect items with tomatoes. Both sets of fries were half full. The nuggets were hard, shriveled, and stringy. I had a five piece and I guess the acknowledgement of that was the extra nuggets? I called the manager and informed her of quality, and quantity. I paid someone to go get the food for me because I am at home with my newborn and toddler (I also told her this.) She told me there was absolutely nothing she could do but rectify the situation immediately or nothing could happen. I told her that I would have to find someone else to bring the food back up there which is not feasible. She said it was the only way anything could happen. So I was stuck with shriveled half portions and incorrect food. I offered the "nuggets" to the dog and he would not eat them.
