Put in a catering order for the office and arrived at the time of pick up that the website told me too. When asked what I was here for I gave a name and the (what I’m assuming is the manger) rudely in front of the entire store goes “you need to give us more time for catering”. Then proceeds to say “we’re already doing 50 million damn things. “ to the other staff. I felt so uncomfortable like I was the biggest inconvenience when all I did was go off the pick up time. Won’t be coming back
Again didn't send the entire order ... This is getting old, can't call there because you get attitude. This time it was a 44 minute wait and they forgot three bags of chips with our order.... Would have given a 1 star but the sandwiches are delicious!

Other than the nasty food, having a driver with Trump stickers, wife jokes, and a sticker mentioning drunk driving is so tacky. I’ll have friends & family go to a different location just to not support this specific location. If you don’t care about advertising political preferences, you don’t care about the diversity of your company. Yikes.

While their sandwiches have been fine I have twice walked out when either waiting to submit an order with no one ahead of me or when I was rudely treated by staff in the store. Staff were busy making sandwiches but could have stopped to take my order while continuing to have someone else make them. Other JJ locations are better than this one. After having stopped in multiple times I will not be back to this spot. Will go to competitor from now on.
Employees as well as assistant manager are not aware of the current promotions , even with a sign in the window. Purchase a sandwich I was overcharged. I brought this to the attention. Of the assistant manager pointed out the sign in the window and he promptly explain to me I was wrong. It was save a dollar, not get a combo for a $1. I kept my cool and explained. To him he was wrong and I would take it up with a store manager. I went online reported this to JJ customer service received a call from the district manager on Tuesday. Following my visit from Saturday, he assured me he would address this issue. With employees and management, to make sure they understood their promotion. It's just disappointing i have to go through all these steps to get back the $4 I was overcharged. Not to mention michigan, law entitles me to ten times the amount not to exceed five dollars. Which they did not offer. That speaks volume. I know the law and it implies to scanning as well as being overcharged at a restaurant. I don't frequent this location often, however, if I do so in the future, I'll just place an order online and do a pickup. i am hopeful in the future. I can get better service at this location. Knowledge is power.
