Took my kids here for the first time after a basketball game and they loved it! Idk her name who was working the counter tonight but she was super friendly! Order came up at a reasonable time, Fries were a little salty for my liking but the boys devoured them. Mild and lemon pepper wings were amazing!

Not enough seasoning on the fries. Wings were bland at best. They completely forgot to put in my blue cheese. The other wingstops I have gone to were always so good. This place was disappointing.

Was very excited when this location opened since we are from closer to Detroit. Tried it shortly after opening and it was a pretty bad experience, but maybe they need to work out new store issues. Have gone back twice since then and nothing has changed. Wings are not up to typical Wingstop standards, fries were cold and severely under seasoned every time. Wingstop ranch is the only thing they have going for them unfortunately. Hope they can turn this place around and bring it up to better standards.

This was our FOURTH order from Wingstop that was wrong, and we gave them the benefit of the doubt every single time before this. Mistakes happen, but not four times in a row with no real effort to fix it.
What made it worse was the lack of proper compensation. The “solutions” offered were inconvenient, time-wasting, and did nothing to make up for repeatedly getting our order wrong. After paying full price, we shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to correct their mistakes.
The biggest disappointment was the so-called “manager” Courtney at the GB location. Her customer service skills were disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of taking accountability, she acted as if we were the problem for expecting our order to be correct and reasonably compensated. The manager that DID know the situation (Jenah*) was more professional and tried to make things right but wasn’t much help.
Customer service matters. Accuracy matters. Respect matters. Unfortunately, Wingstop failed in all three. We won’t be giving them a fifth chance.

With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge.
