I have a sips club and get a drink everyday if not twice and I was just there for 20 minutes, I dont understand why the pull forward method is not used if they have it. I am now 20 minutes late for work because of this ignorance. The staff is always very nice and I enjoy seeing their smiling faces everyday, but their speed needs to increase.
