We pulled straight up to the menu and waited 4 mintues before getting a nasty greeting from the Michele. I asked for a small twist with sprinkles in a cup. She replies with "we dont have twist." Without anything further such as we are out of vanilla or chocolate I asked for the same thing in just vanilla. I proceed to the window and michele yanks my card from me and hands it back in a similar fashion. She then attempts to give me a vanilla cone. I told her that it was supposed to he in a cup. She stares at me for about 5 seconds with a look of disgust before heading out of sight inside the store. I live nearby and frequent this store often. I have never seen this employee before. There were too other employees that I observed during this visit that were both kind and courteous to me and other patrons at the counter. I can't say the same for Michele employee.

When I went in, the staff was cleaning and immediately became attentive to me. I only ordered a medium cotton candy blizzard, but I ordered extra crunchies and they exceeded my expectations. It was made very quick and the staff was very nice to me so I will definitely be coming back here again.
