  This review is due to the poor customer service from the redhead employee who I believe is Michele. We pulled straight up to the menu and waited 4 mintues before getting a nasty greeting from the Michele. I asked for a small twist with sprinkles in a cup. She replies with "we dont have twist." Without anything further such as we are out of vanilla or chocolate I asked for the same thing in just vanilla. I proceed to the window and michele yanks my card from me and hands it back in a similar fashion. She then attempts to give me a vanilla cone. I told her that it was supposed to he in a cup. She stares at me for about 5 seconds with a look of disgust before heading out of sight inside the store. I live nearby and frequent this store often. I have never seen this employee before. There were too other employees that I observed during this visit that were both kind and courteous to me and other patrons at the counter. I can't say the same for Michele employee.

  I’ve seen the low reviews for this place and I have to say those were not part of my experience at all. My expectations were thoroughly met. When I went in, the staff was cleaning and immediately became attentive to me. I only ordered a medium cotton candy blizzard, but I ordered extra crunchies and they exceeded my expectations. It was made very quick and the staff was very nice to me so I will definitely be coming back here again.

  Unfortunately there is always mishaps on our orders. Staff seems to not be trained enough and it’s very disappointing. We want them to do well but always seems to fall short.
