  It took over 20 minutes for another girl to come up and help the other girl after 11 people were waiting in line… The other girl that came in was going real fast scooping stuff into bowls dropping stuff everywhere

  Was overcharged by $10. Glad I said something. Saw a different review also say they were overcharged by the same amount… weird. Unfortunately the girl who made my bowl was there the last two times I went. First time she had pink hair second time long blonde braids. Horrible customer service and seemed to be annoyed that I was ordering from the places she chooses to work at.

  Been ordering from this location for a while now and it's gotten so bad recently. Incredibly small portions, incorrect orders. I'm done with Chipotle from now on, especially when there is a Qdoba right next door.

  If I could give this place a zero star review, I would. Employees are often rude and act like they hate their job. When I have gotten food at this location it is never quite what you’d expect. Wilted lettuce, missing chips when ordering for pick up….just bad.

  Went in at 10:05 and the workers acted like they were closed. They were more concerned with closing down than accommodating the guests. All the food they had had been sitting and WAS NOT FRESH. We had to wait for fresh rice as the worker stated, “this is all hard.” The pinto beans were basically refried beans, grilled vegetables looked terrible, queso was clumpy and not warm, corn salsa was out and she had to get another one. I ordered a burrito and only like it with the vinaigrette, however when I asked for 2 sides, she said they were already out. This isn’t the first time it’s been like this!!! I keep hoping they’ll step it up, but it’s only gotten worse!!
