These wings were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, generously coated in a rich, bold medium buffalo sauce that delivered just the right balance of heat and flavor. The fries were warm and seasoned well—great for dipping into the cool, creamy ranch that paired beautifully with the spice of the wings. Portions were generous, presentation was appetizing, and every bite tasted fresh and satisfying. This is comfort food done right. Best BWW in the area by far.

When our food arrived, there was hair in it, which was extremely off-putting. I had to flag the server down twice because he didn’t check back on our table, while he was helping all of the tables around us. When my replacement food finally came out, it was missing the celery and carrots. While the item was taken off the bill, the service overall was terrible and really took away from the experience. On top of that, a manager never came over to address the situation. Our server also never brought me water after asking. After a long day, I was really looking forward to a nice dinner, and instead it was nothing but frustration. I’m very disappointed and don’t see myself returning anytime soon
