Stopped here for lunch today. Dont often get to grab lunch, so it was bit of a treat I was looking forward to. When I got there, they were busy but moving orders efficiently. When it was my turn, I ordered my usual bowl. They put about a ¼ cup of each rice in the bowl. When I asked for more, I literally got 1 tbsp of rice. Then I get an overload of each bean, a sprinkle of chicken. And 5 pieces if fajita veggie. Now it came to the queso. I recieved the whole damn tub of queso. The salsas were portioned pretty decent. Lettuce and cheese were for a hint of flavor I suppose. I asked for the cilantro lime sauce a little late because the lady got confused if she added queso and got into a discussion of whether it had queso or not as it was sitting uncovered. Well, I asked with the cover off, by the time she registered what I said she had packed it up and sent it down the line. She didnt even attempt to be kind and add it on rhe bowl. She just sent a cup down the line and sent me on my way.
All in all, I recieved a queso bowl with burrito fillings for flavor. I went to mix it by shaking it horizontally, after verifying the lid was fully sealed, like most do and discovered a very soupy queso mess in my bowl. Unfortunately I was already in my truck and did not have time to return as I had to get to work.
Love Chipotle, but the horrendously inconsistent portions and skimping on the cheapest ingredients left me feeling like I bought a paper and tin bowl for $15.

I suspect the 5* reviews are bought or coaxed from friends/family. The reason for this is because I have encountered these issues over and over again at this location; Staff is often very low energy “I hate my life” vibes and altogether unprofessional/sometimes outright rude when questions are asked, as I’ve seen it with myself and a couple times with other customers. Food is generally gross looking, unappealing and as I’ve given them several chances here…safe to say I will not be coming back. I’ve contacted their corporate and regional managers and nothing has been done, no response. Seems they don’t really care for honest reviews.

We don’t say this lightly: Anne is the reason this Chipotle stands out.
My buddy Mikey and I are nurses, and we stop at this Chipotle in Grand Blanc all the time. We’ve been to many Chipotles in many places, but this one is different — because of Anne. She is kind, accommodating, hardworking, and has one of the best attitudes of anyone we’ve met in customer service.
Anne doesn’t just do her job — she elevates the whole experience. She makes people feel welcome. She brings good energy into the room. She represents everything a place like this should be.
This location should be setting the standard for the rest of the company. Anne deserves real recognition for the way she shows up and the way she treats people. Promote Anne. Invest in Anne. Celebrate Anne.
People like her are the reason customers come back.

Walked in last night around 9:30 on 3/17/26 - manager said they were only taking online orders due to low staffing. Said it would only be a few minutes after I ordered on the app. No big deal at all. Ordered on the app only to wait 30+ minutes for my food. Now this isn’t by any means a huge deal, I get it they were short staffed but there was one employee making food, while another literally stood there with headphones on and on a FaceTime call literally standing around pretending to clean while the whole restaurant listens to her conversation. There got up to over 7 people in there waiting for their food while she continued to do this. There were customers walking in to order not knowing they were online only while she just stood there looking at them continuing to do nothing but screw around on her phone. Literally customers were telling people they had to order online. I truly cannot believe not a single person, especially this terrible lazy employee didn’t lift a finger to help the one girl making everyone’s food with an over flowing store of people waiting.
I come here a lot and the girl with the light colored long braids should be fired. She is lazy, always on her phone, and appears to just love to pretend to be busy so she doesn’t have to help people. I’ve seen her literally do it in front of managers and I can’t believe no one has said something to her or fired her. She is an absolutely horrible representative of your organization and infuriates customers. Customer service 101, if you’re busy everyone steps up to get customers out the door. Cannot believe what I saw, an employee literally having a conversation on her phone with headphones on while customers are waiting to be helped. This went on for a full 30 minutes. Someone needs to review camera footage and get rid of this terrible employee.
