  Ordered a meal on March 18th. After we ordered the meal and sit down we realized it was freezing cold inside the restaurant. When we got our food the food was freezing cold. Customers after us had complained about it being cold. Customers before us that were eating we're complaining about being cold. We called the corporate hotline later and explain the situation to them. Gave them all the pertinent information they said they would call back in 3 to 7 days. Well it's a month later and they never called back so we finally got a hold of the corporate line again. This time we got a BS story and a bunch of Lies.They said that the manager had told everyone the heat was out. that never happened. they said that the manager gave us a $10 off coupon. that never happened they said that we ordered two soft shell tacos. that never happened they said that they emailed us. that never happened. so it's been a Non-Stop string of Lies between corporate and the restaurant the bottom line is Taco Bell's not very good to start with and then they tried to feed us cold food in a freezing cold restaurant then lied and made up stories to cover their BS will not be back

  Order box was down. Still was assisted in the rain. Dalton at the cash window is a baller shotcaller. Promote that young man. Raise. Or both. Don't lose him cause the value he brings is A game material.
