- JCJordan CousinsApr 2, 20261.0I put my order in ahead as I was traveling. I arrived early and the order wasn’t even started by the time I spoke with staff, after the pickup time. They served the entire line to the door and still hadn’t touched my order. This was with a 30-40 minute heads up and awareness that I was there. So do not order ahead or expect these staff to manage their time & orders properly. Note: the gentleman at the register handled himself well, during the rush, considering how demanding it is. The line staff/lead and management’s lack of preparation is what caused this horrible experience for several customers who left upset. We can understand delays. Communicate, delegate, and prioritize effectively. When you know your “busiest day of the year is coming” (to which I was previously unaware), prepare yourselves to have an overstock on standard items so you’re not running out of essentials all day.

I live in PUDUNK NOWHERE. Love the food tho. Keep that the same!

Told me it would take 20 minutes to make vegetables for my bowl since they were making shrimp and I could not wait.Employees get upset when you ask for double meat or vegetables like they are paying for it. I even ensure them it’s okay to charge me extra and they still have attitude. I like Qdoba but employees and management make a place. It’s sad to see how this place is running.
