  We went to this McDonald’s yesterday, 03/10/26, at about1:15 pm. My husband wanted a chocolate shake. The young gal at the window handed me a drink, but it looked watery, not thick, and no whipped cream on top. I said “is this a chocolate shake? It does not look like one”. She said yes it was, I said “it’s soupy” she said “sorry”. Not we will get another one, or our machine is having a problem we can refund you, nothing. They were bus and we didn’t want to park and go inside. For $5.18 I would expect a regular shake or a refund if not up to par! I didn’t get my receipt at the pay window, so I could not do that survey. Shake lovers beware!!

  The cashier who took my family's order was extremely unprofessional. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, that does not justify treating customers in a discourteous manner. She did not smile or greet us, nor did she appear welcoming to anyone else in the lobby. In fact, several customers were openly discussing the cashier's demeanor due to how uncomfortable the interaction felt. Her overall attitude gave the impression that she was unhappy and that customers were an inconvenience. Additionally, we observed the manager speaking with another customer in what came across as a condescending tone. Based on this experience, it is fair to say that the level of customer service during our visit was disappointing.

  First the lady at the window was banging the window open and closed it and was very aggressive. When we said thank you she just said “mhm.” Then closed it. When we got our food, which took 8 minutes with 2 cars in the line. My drink the cup was covered in pop and sitting all over the lid. I opened my burger when I got it because the service was already worrying. When I opened it there was 3 minuscule dots of mustered and almost no ketchup. When I went inside to ask and show them, the man said almost sarcastically. “I can remake that for you but just for your knowledge that’s how they come.” Just for your knowledge I’ve lived here my whole life and never gotten 3 minuscule dots on a McDonald’s burger. Not here, not anywhere. Thanks for the crappy food after a long shift and drivers training for 9 hours in total. I was starving, had no condiments and the burger was saltier than this review.
