Then was rude when they got it wrong a second time and proceeded to talk trash about us behind the glass. Will never come here again considering they don’t want to do there job

She talked down to us, refused to give us our card so we could leave and get food somewhere else and even went as far as to YELL at us. She told us the cold was angering her but if she is physically unable to meet the little physical conditions of that position, then she shouldn’t have been hired to begin with. I don’t know what happened to customer service but being rude right off the bat at the customers especially when YOUR TECHNOLOGY SUCKS is a good way to lose your job.
