  Both of the employees working were very strange and had terrible interactions with their customers. My sub fell apart and they didn't offer to remake it, just said, "oh well, be careful when you unwrap it." One of the most bizarre and frustrating customer service experiences I've had.

  This Subway has an amazing staff and amazing management Kaitlin was very polite very uplifting great energy and was willing to go out of her way To make sure I got the food I wanted even though they were close to closing they all provided excellent service

  So gross and unsanitary, the pop machine had mold growing on the inside of all the pop nozzles mold growing on the thing where ice comes out it was just gross. Then I ask the lady if they ever clean it and she’s like “yeah every two days the maintenance man cleans it” like first of all it should be cleaned every night it’s not the hard trust me and second of all regardless of what she said there is no way that thing was cleaned even a week ago there is mold growing where the ice comes out like sorry but that was not cleaned two days ago cause how did mold grow from ice in two days. The point here though is they should clean that machine every night because no one wants a moldy drink. Just gross

  I'm LIVID that I'm forced to give them one star it should definitely be an option to give somebody zero Stars especially considering they did NOTHING .. this place thinks it's okay to refuse to serve us so that they can go home by 9:00. We walked in at 8:40..the doors were unlocked..as they should be ..they close at 9 ..they refused to serve us in an extremely aggressive and rude/evil way..my husband LOVES subway and goes as much as he can .. unfortunately we've moved from TN to MI lately and EVERY location in our area is TERRIBLE.. ESPECIALLY this one ..we WONT EVER BE GOING BACK ..I suggest anyone who refuses to be treated like trash doesn't either 💯💯💯💯

  Maybe im just picky having subway experience for almost 5 years. But I tried to make my customers food at least look appetizing, presentation was everything. How you presented the food as well as yourself. The sandwich artists looked miserable, couldn't smile and took about 4 times as long to make the subs as it should have. Rather than the sandwiches folding together nicely, everything fell out. Like they couldn't even attempt to make it stay together. Minimal handwashing, if any. Will be putting this on the list of subways I will never return to.
