When I arrived I saw the shelf that said pick up orders but nothing was on it. 4 employees were standing around chatting. One of them looked up and asked if they could help me... I told them I was there for a pick up order and one young man said "oh!" And another lady said (jokingly) "you slacker!". They didn't seem too bothered to be doing their jobs just there for a good chat. The burrito wasn't wrapped properly and immediately started falling apart from the first bite. I ordered carnitas and there was hardly any meat in it. The flavors were good but I didn't pay $11 for a rice burrito. Disappointed and not sure if I would return.
