The workers stand in the back giggling on their phones while there are people standing waiting for help. 25 minutes to get our food and they mess up the order. There is one guy doing his job while 3 girls stand and giggle. You’re paid hourly to do your job, do it. This is sad. It’s McDonald’s for crying out loud, just help the people who have been standing around waiting for 20 minutes. The employees and management are more focused on hanging out after work and talking about something on their phones.

Scrambled eggs were runny, biscuit hard, butter hard, rest of breakfast only lukewarm. Women’s bathroom was horrible. Toilets unflushed, garbage can full, small trash can spilled all over the stall floor. Toilet very difficult to get to flush. At that point we just left our food and went on our way. We won’t ever return here.

BUT after a half hour of waiting I went in to retrieve my 10 apple pies. Nobody knew where they were at. Then after 5 minutes the girl behind the counter said they were being boxed up. 10 minutes later I walked out with my apple pies. Just so unbelievable how did organized this place was. Then while I waited the 15 minutes inside, I was privileged enough to watch two employees screaming at each other in the back making the food. So, good job McDonald's for making me wait 45 minutes for 10 apple pies!
