    If you want to wait 15 minutes before anyone acknowledges you this is the place to go. Almost 20 minutes to pick up a large blizzard ordered through the app AND the employee didn’t wash their hands before coming back from their break in the lobby. YUCK. Hopefully the health department does something about this because that is highly unsanitary. Go to Cheboygan Dairy Queen when it’s spring if you want good service and staff that actually care about personal hygiene.

    Food great. Service? Dear God. I don’t even wanna talk about it. I could’ve completed a damn puzzle in the drive thru, we were there almost an hour. We receive our food and all the sauce is missing. We politely ask for it, we receive an eye roll and attitude instead. From the big one. Won’t be back.

    Drove 45 miles for a pumpkin pie blizzard and they sent all the pumpkin 🎃 back cause the manager said it wasn't needed this time of year which btw is October 22. Their manager is a fun kin idi it. Also they were selling them a week ago. What time of year is supposed to be for pumpkin pie blizzards?

    I have visited here 4 times over the past 2 years. Each time hoping for improvement. Ice cream was too runny each time. The last visit it fell off the cone when it was handed to me. Service was lack luster. Won't be going back. Go to Alanson Dairy Queen if you want a great cone.
